To improve the capabilities of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in the areas of communication, culture and character, we are working with MUSTIKA GEMILANG INDONESIA (MGI) Training Institute to provide training.

This training is specifically designed to prepare migrant workers with the knowledge and skills needed in their destination country. The training program covers various aspects, from language and communication, work ethics, to understanding the local culture. Thus, migrant workers will be better prepared to face challenges in the workplace and can adapt more easily.

In addition, the training also provides guidance on their rights and obligations as migrant workers, as well as important information on procedures and regulations that must be followed. This is expected to reduce the risk of legal violations and improve their welfare while working abroad.
